Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience/training.
• 4+ years estimating commercial/retail projects, with purchasing experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assign opportunities using established systems and processes.
• Lead the estimating team to deliver accurate, timely proposals.
• Identify pricing risks and propose mitigations aligned with company objectives.
• Train team members on best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed estimates, including quantities, costs, and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze execution data and feedback.
