Qualifications

• 5+ years in Preconstruction/Estimating and commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with bid administration and preconstruction support.
• Ability to lead estimating teams and manage bid calendars.]

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating and operations teams through preconstruction and startup phases.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor bids and maintain bidder relationships.
• Review plans, specs, and scope to prepare accurate estimates.
• Coordinate plan room management and electronic bid platforms (Building Connected, PlanHub).
• Develop and maintain subcontractor/vendor databases and bidder lists.
• Track bid coverage and follow up with subs to ensure participation.
• Assist estimators with bid prep and organize bid documentation.
• Review proposals for completeness, scope alignment, exclusions and clarifications.
