The successful candidate will mentor the team, develop guidelines, analyze bid risks, and coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to produce comprehensive proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience estimating commercial/retail projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor team and manage bids under deadlines.

Responsibilities
