Job summary

PACE Systems, a Commercial Contracting Corporation, seeks an Estimator for Advanced Facilities & Controlled Environments to lead preconstruction activities on complex projects across the United States. You will develop accurate cost estimates for cleanrooms, semiconductor facilities, data centers, and life sciences environments.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction estimating, strong knowledge of budgeting and GMP development, and proficiency with Excel, BIM/VDC, and takeoff software.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong budgeting, GMP development, and bid management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction & estimating activities for technically complex projects nationwide.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid cost estimates and bid analyses.
• Develop budgets, pricing models, and procurement projections.
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Communicate estimate assumptions and risks to leadership; support client presentations.
