Job summary

PACE Systems, a Commercial Contracting Corporation company, seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on technically complex projects nationwide from Auburn Hills, MI. This role requires coordinating multi-discipline teams across active facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of supervisory experience on advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or life sciences environments with strong MEP coordination and commissioning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, mission critical, data center, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life sciences, healthcare, or other technically complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project execution processes.
• Experience with controlled environments, cleanrooms, contamination control protocols, or highly regulated facilities is preferred.
• Extensive nationwide travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of all field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Foster a safety-focused jobsite culture.
• Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, material deliveries, and logistics.
• Lead planning meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with environmental controls and client protocols.
