GBA Builders is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction and estimating across Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Industrial, and Federal projects. The role develops estimates for submissions, guides the team, and ensures accurate, timely, and competitive work products.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in estimating, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, OSHA 30, and excels in complex data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration with design, operations, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising staff with increasing responsibility.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data, plans, and specs.
• Deep expertise in construction estimating principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team to ensure complete and timely deliverables.
• Manage workload with the Director of Estimating and prioritize tasks.
• Mentor junior staff to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
• Review plans and specs to identify scopes and perform takeoffs.
