Job summary
Global Water Technology, Inc. in Louisville, KY, seeks a Senior Manager, Estimating & Contractor Services to lead technical estimating and contractor coordination for contractor, plan/spec, retrofit, and capital improvements across regions.
This role partners with Business Development Managers, Water & Energy Services, Equipment & Support Services, and Field Operations to deliver accurate, timely proposals, submittals, pricing strategies, and scalable workflows within a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in estimating, preconstruction, contractor services
- Experience with water treatment projects preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Lead estimating for assigned regions for contractor, plan/spec, retrofit, and capital projects
- Develop cost estimates, proposals, submittals, and bid packages
- Review specs and drawings to create sound solutions
- Coordinate pricing, vendor quotes, and project assumptions
- Maintain templates, pricing resources, and documentation
- Support Business Development Managers with technical guidance and coordination
