Job summary

Global Water Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Estimating & Contractor Services to lead complex cost estimates, proposals, and technical submittals across multiple regions. You’ll partner with BD, field ops, and engineering teams to drive profitability and growth.

Responsibilities include developing competitive cost estimates, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring seamless transitions to operations. Hybrid work with periodic travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating, preconstruction, contractor services, water treatment, industrial services, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop accurate estimates, proposals, bid packages, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, water treatment equipment, and plan/spec bidding processes.
• Strong collaboration with BD, operations, engineers, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and proposal development for contractor, plan/spec, retrofit, and capital projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and equipment manufacturers.
• Provide technical support during bid reviews, meetings, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate pricing, vendor quotes, freight, and assumptions for consistency.
• Support business development with estimating guidance and market insights.
• Oversee project transitions from estimating to operations and turnover.
