Job summary

Bernard Nickels & Associates is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting and Design-Build projects ($5M+ across WA State). You will manage full project lifecycles from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore documentation, budgeting and final closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector markets.
• Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) & Design-Build construction projects ($5M+) across WA State.
• Manage full project lifecycles—from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore docs, budgeting, and final closeout.
• Oversee job site safety (OSHA/WISHA), critical path schedules in MS Project, and client/inspector relations.
