Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in energy/contracting sectors.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with Sales, Development, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and Finance.
• Interface with customers and program sponsors, providing regular status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and scope changes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contractual requirements throughout delivery.
