Job summary

The RISE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale energy efficiency and design-build projects in the United States. You will pursue, develop, win, and deliver ESPC and complex energy projects, serving as the primary client-facing representative through interviews, negotiations, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or construction.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets and schedules with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms or ability to quickly learn division-specific systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for ESPC, energy management services, decarbonization, and complex design-build projects from pursuit to closeout.
• Own financial performance including revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and change-order recovery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Act as primary point of contact with customers, utilities, vendors, and installation teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth information flow across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Acumatica).
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and scope changes.
• Coordinate site visits, quality inspections, and project close-out activities.
