Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analyst within the Legal Department to manage preservation, collection and analysis of ESI including emails and databases. This role supports fast-paced operations in a global context, requiring proactive problem solving and team collaboration.

The incumbent will intake, execute and track requests, log progress in workflow systems, ensure data accuracy and timely delivery, and help refine eDiscovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic communications (email, social networks, instant messaging, web 2.0, including wikis and blogs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Intake, execute and track multiple requests to collect electronically stored information (ESI).
• Log and update request details (progress) into workflow database.
• Communicate status among different groups: eDiscovery team members, litigation support, in-house counsel, corporate security, compliance, and other business users.
• Ensure accuracy of the data collected and confirm the search yielded the desired results.
• Deliver data accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in refining and documenting the eDiscovery team's processes.
