Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Intake, execute and track multiple requests to collect electronically stored information (ESI).
• Log and update request details (progress) into workflow database.
• Communicate status among different groups including eDiscovery team, litigation support, in-house counsel, corporate security, compliance, and other business users.
• Ensure accuracy of the data collected and that the search yielded desired results.
• Deliver data accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in refining and documenting the eDiscovery team's processes.
