Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join its Legal team. The role focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and criminal matters, including FOIA and Congressional requests.

You will work with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery Platform, develop discovery plans, collect data from FBI IT systems, and ensure accurate Bates numbering and load files for production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery and litigation support experience.
• 3 years on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial).
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain security clearance.
• BS/BA or JD (JD preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
• Serve as expert user of Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
• Develop discovery plans detailing search parameters for cases.
• Collect data from FBI IT systems per the discovery plan.
• Analyze search results for data gaps and quality.
• Manage cases in eDiscovery review platform; ensure Bates numbering and load files.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units and legal teams.
• Train attorneys and staff on eDiscovery tools and procedures.
