Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast-paced legal team. The role supports civil and criminal matters by identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI and coordinating with FBI IT data sources per discovery plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support, with experience in Relativity and a strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agile work environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal litigation and inquiries.
• Provide criminal discovery support including ESI handling.
• Serve as expert user of ESI applications like Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
• Develop discovery plans with the litigation team detailing search parameters.
• Collect data from FBI storage on FBI IT systems to support OGC attorneys and case agents.
• Analyze search/collection results for data gaps.
• Administer data inputs into eDP and manage access, logs, and deduplication.
