Job summary

A leading firm in corporate social responsibility seeks a Senior Analyst, ESG and CSR to support CSR communications and reporting efforts. You will manage the data collection process for the CSR Report, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders on ESG initiatives and disclosures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong writing abilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This role also requires a passion for corporate responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) or related roles.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and rating organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for industry conferences or training 1-3 times yearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and validation for the annual CSR Report.
• Ensure data provided meets quality, accuracy, and completeness standards.
• Support responses to ESG surveys and maintain tracking of ESG rating score changes.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education
