Job summary

CodeGreen is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join the ESG Strategy Team. This role supports sustainability strategy, reporting, disclosure, and advisory engagements for real estate clients across North America. You will work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-ready insights.

You will build ESG expertise while taking on increasing responsibility in a collaborative setting, contributing to emissions data, disclosures, and market-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, real estate, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sustainability, ESG reporting, real estate, or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize information.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability disclosures, assessments, and framework-aligned content for real estate clients.
• Assist with GRESB submissions, evidence review, and action planning.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, accuracy, and client-ready narratives.
• Conduct research on standards (GRESB, GRI, SASB, IFRS/ISSB) and market practices.
• Collaborate with project teams; maintain organized project documentation.
