Job summary

Harrison Street Asset Management in Chicago seeks an ESG Data Analyst to manage ESG data collection, QA, and reporting across the firm's real estate, infrastructure, and credit strategies. You will analyze utility data for US and international assets, support external disclosures, and improve data governance.

The role involves building dashboards in Power BI, collaborating with Asset Management and Transactions teams, and supporting climate-related reporting and annual ESG disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ESG data collection processes and data quality.
• Support monthly data reporting and dashboards for internal use.
• Coordinate with third-party operators and vendors to fix data issues.
• Manage ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager asset profiles and reporting.
• Support annual GRESB submissions and GHG inventory tracking.
• Contribute to investor DDQs, Corporate Impact Report, and fund reporting.
