Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC is seeking a senior Environmental Sustainability professional to oversee decarbonization road mapping and ESG analytics across the organization. The role leads regulatory-aligned reporting, energy and utility management, and sustainability policy development with a strong emphasis on collaboration with leadership and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental sustainability or environmental science.
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead ESG reporting to frameworks such as GRESB, GRI, CDP, or TCFD.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and explanatory analysis to support ESG objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and decarbonization road mapping of GHG emissions across the organization.
• Lead ESG reporting and analytics and coordinate with leadership and investor relations.
• Track, report, and analyze Scope 1-3 emissions reductions and ESG ratings.
• Support energy and utility usage management and annual Energy Star projects.
• Coordinate with utility providers and internal teams on sustainability investments.
