HomeLight in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced escrow officer to join our real estate technology platform. You’ll review contracts, manage documents through closing, verify titles, taxes, and funding, and keep transactions moving smoothly with agents, lenders, and buyers.

You’ll bring two to three years of escrow experience, a notary public and escrow officer license, and strong communication skills. We value detail, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset as you oversee multi-party

Qualifications

• Two to three years of escrow experience.
• Notary public and escrow officer license as per state requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience overseeing multi-entity closings.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end escrow management from contract to closing.
• Verify documents, ensure timely funding and accurate recording.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to move transactions forward.
• Mentor escrow assistants and support training to open advancement opportunities.
• Ensure closings are on time and error-free.
