Qualifications

• Review contracts, title commitments, deeds, liens, surveys, and other transaction-related documents.
• Coordinate the escrow process from opening to disbursement, ensuring steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Interpret and explain settlement statements and closing documents; verify lender instructions and related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage residential and commercial closings from contract to funding.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to confirm requirements and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve title issues, liens, and ownership discrepancies that could affect closing.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents.
• Ensure proper recording and disbursement of funds according to instructions.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with underwriting, title examiners, processors, and escrow team members.
