Job summary

The Surefire Group Title Division in Houston, TX is seeking an Escrow Officer for a full-time, in-office role to lead residential and commercial closings. This fast-growing team offers career growth and a hands-on leadership culture designed for top performers.

You will manage the closing process, liaise with buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors, and ensure accuracy and compliance. A TX license and Notary Public are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years escrow/title experience.
• Licensed Escrow Officer in TX.
• Notary Public.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding.
• Review title commitments and resolve title issues.
• Coordinate closings including disbursements and recordings.
• Provide top-tier service to clients, agents, lenders, and partners.
• Engage Realtors and loan officers to grow business.
• Attend agent events and trainings to drive business.
• Build a network of real estate professionals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
