Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an experienced Managing Escrow Officer to take ownership of escrow processing, title clearance, and closing documentation. You will lead a team, ensure accurate recording, and issue title insurance while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and lenders.

The role requires a minimum of three years in managing escrow with leadership responsibilities, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with title software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Managing Escrow experience in a leadership capacity.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Title software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate real estate transactions and manage closing from start to finish.
• Provide customer-centric service and ensure clear communication among buyers, sellers, agents, mortgage professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Alta Best Practices and company policies, and supervise escrow closers/assistants.
