The ideal candidate will handle document preparation, client communication, and ensure compliance with CFPB/TRID guidelines while fostering positive business relationships. Excellent organizational and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of escrow experience required.
• Active Notary Public.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow process from beginning to end.
• Prepare Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
• Conduct face-to-face closings with clients.
