Job summary

Eagleview Technologies in Rochester, NY seeks a Principal Program Manager in Technical Program Management to lead the enterprise systems modernization program across finance, product and technology, operations, and customer-facing processes. The role covers target-state architecture, ERP options, and a multi-year roadmap with measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, IT, engineering, or related field.
10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs; 5+ years in major ERP/financial-systems modernization.
Proven delivery of complex programs balancing process, technology, and operations; experience with cloud-based revenue delivery.
Experience evaluating ERP options and leading retain/modernize vs replacement recommendations.
Accountability for multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, and governance.
Strong knowledge of finance, end-to-end order-to-cash, billing, subscriptions, and revenue operations.
Experience leading matrix teams without direct authority across multiple functions.
Experience selecting and governing systems integrators and vendors.
Credentials like PMP, PgMP, Prosci, ERP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain enterprise program charter, operating model, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
Lead current-state assessment of NetSuite, Boomi, integrations, and finance processes.
Develop retain-and-modernize vs ERP-replacement recommendations with business cases.
Re-baseline or re-sequence in-flight initiatives based on strategic fit and value.
Own program budget, forecast, and executive reporting; manage vendor spend and benefits.
Design delivery models with internal capabilities and partner support; oversee contracting and governance.
Lead integrated planning across ERP, billing, payments, subscriptions, and revenue operations.
Establish governance, RAID, and stage-gate decisions for the transformation portfolio.
Drive process standardization, change readiness, and adoption for sustained value realization.
Maintain a continued modernization roadmap with clear ownership and metrics.
