Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a PMO Manager for its large-scale ERP modernization program in Buffalo, NY. The role establishes and governs the Program Management Office, ensuring disciplined delivery across all ERP workstreams and successful executive decision support.

The successful candidate leads integrated planning, financial management, risk governance, and reporting, partnering with business and IT leadership, system integrators, and OCMS teams to drive program health and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of progressive program or project management experience in large ERP deployments.
• 3+ years leading PMO for complex multi-workstream ERP programs.
• Proven experience supporting full-cycle ERP implementations (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Hypercare).

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the Modernization PMO with governance structures and delivery cadence.
• Define and maintain PMO methodologies aligned to ERP transformation phases.
• Support SteerCo and executive governance forums with structured materials and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Own program-level integrated planning, milestones, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and slippage.
• Support financial decision making with scenario analysis and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Coordinate with system integrators to meet delivery milestones.
