Job summary

EagleBank is seeking a seasoned VP Finance ERP Implementation & Systems to lead the Workday Financials transformation, align chart of accounts, data migration, and reporting with controllership priorities. You will partner across Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk, and the implementation partner to drive governance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP design, data migration, and reporting processes.
• Experience leading or supporting large ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance ERP implementation from mobilization through stabilization, including scope, roadmap, milestones, and governance.
• Oversee data conversion, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and post‑go live support.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Risk, Internal Audit, and external partners to ensure alignment with controllership priorities.
