Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis.
• Techno-functional ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with data mapping and data migration.
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation business analysis across migration projects.
• Gather requirements with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, and quality efforts.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data and identify gaps, transformation rules, and risks.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, and architects to ensure modernization success.
• Support mock conversions, testing, cutover, and post-conversion validation.
