Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation efforts, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms. Remote EST work option available.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and produce functional specifications, data mapping and validation plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading data mapping, data migration, and validation.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and run stakeholder workshops.
• Experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation projects (PeopleSoft to cloud ERP).
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to gather requirements.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, and user stories.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts.
• Collaborate with partners and architects to ensure modernization success.
