Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud platforms.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and ensure data governance across migration programs. Remote EST work option offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL, reporting and data analysis skills.
• Techno-functional ERP experience with large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ERP transformation initiatives (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday).
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality across migrations.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps, transformation rules and risks.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and IT teams to ensure ERP modernization and data governance.
