Qualifications

• 8+ years of business systems analysis in enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL, reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data mapping, data conversion, and data quality management.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives (PeopleSoft to Workday/Oracle Fusion/SAP or other cloud ERP).
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migrations.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps, transformation rules, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, and enterprise architects to ensure ERP modernization and data governance.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
