Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives and migrations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP programs.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps, transformation rules, and risks.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects for ERP modernization.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
