Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an ERP System Administrator to own the Colleague ERP environment and its SQL infrastructure. You will drive system health, security, and high-level configuration while automating business processes to improve efficiency.

The role focuses on data integrity, secure operations, and seamless integrations with campus systems, including the LMS, with on-site collaboration across IT teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of demonstrable expertise in ERP administration or database administration is highly valued.
• Proficiency in SQL (administration and programming), PowerShell, Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Azure.
• Preferred skills include Windows Server Administration and Ellucian Colleague.

Responsabilités

• Drive daily maintenance, configuration, and health of the Colleague ERP and SQL environment.
• Identify opportunities to modernize manual processes through automation and workflow improvements.
• Ensure reliable integrations between ERP and connected platforms (including LMS) and maintain data integrity.
