Job summary

OWL Services LLC in Clarkston, MI is seeking a Lead ERP & Business Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day ERP administration, integration, and continuous improvement across the company’s ERP landscape, including Microsoft Dynamics GP.

You will partner with finance, operations, and IT across multiple entities, ensuring secure, stable systems, accurate reporting, and effective workflows to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ERP administration or support.
• Strong ERP fundamentals including configuration and user administration.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations and middleware concepts.
• Knowledge of finance processes and mapping to system workflows.
• SQL skills to write queries and troubleshoot data issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication for business audiences.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to support multiple systems across entities.

Responsibilities

• ERP & Application Support: administer ERP systems, manage access, troubleshoot, and support daily operations.
• Integration & Data Management: monitor integrations, perform maintenance, coordinate backups and recovery.
• Finance & Business Process Support: align system config with finance workflows and support month-end needs.
• Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement: gather stakeholder needs and lead ERP upgrades and enhancements.
