Salem Academy and College is seeking an Enterprise Applications & ERP Systems Administrator to oversee the SIS and ERP environment, including Ellucian PowerCampus, data reporting, and integrations. Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience supporting enterprise applications environments.
• Strong SQL development skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or comparable SQL dialects).
• Experience with reporting/development toolsets such as SSRS, Microsoft Visual Studio, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience integrating applications using APIs.
• Experience with relational database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and functional administrator for Ellucian PowerCampus.
• Support ERP implementation activities including configuration, testing, data validation, conversion, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Administer ERP security roles, upgrades, patches, scheduled processes, interfaces, integrations, and related operational functions.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise application issues and provide Tier II/III support.
• Coordinate with Ellucian and other third-party vendors for support, implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Maintain current system documentation, operating procedures, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to functional and technical staff.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, data extracts, and operational reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, integration platforms, database methods, file exchanges, and other appropriate technologies.
• Develop workflow automations and process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform or comparable tools.
• Monitor integration health, investigate failures, and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and data flows.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform solutions.
