Job summary

CFS in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Enterprise Systems Administrator to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise technology ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Claude, and other platforms.

The role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to ensure systems operate reliably, integrate effectively, and evolve to meet organizational needs. Strong scripting, integrations, and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting, administering, or engineering enterprise applications and business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting additional enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERP systems, or similar SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Claude, Salesforce, Workday, ERP platforms, and related technologies.
• Manage and support integrations between enterprise applications to ensure data flow and process continuity.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions across multiple platforms.
• Monitor system performance, security, availability, and data integrity while identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve business processes and adoption of applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Leverage PowerShell and automation tools to streamline administration and support processes.
• Remain current on Microsoft 365 and enterprise app enhancements and implement new capabilities.
