Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer information systems with seven or more years’ experience in programming and/or systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field with three or more years’ experience in programming and/or systems analysis and/or enterprise software applications.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague is preferred.
• Willing to provide occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data systems issues to improve ERP operations and assist users.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize ERP usage and implement new features.
• Research and evaluate emerging ERP functionality and estimate costs.
• Develop and modify software processes to solve business problems.
• Implement ERP enhancements to improve end-user experience and data sharing.
• Configure ERP applications to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor system performance and verify data integrity.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day software problems and propose resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendor support to keep applications running and learn new features.
• Develop forms and workflows to support data requests and digital forms.
