Job summary

Salem Academy and College seeks an Enterprise Applications and ERP Systems Administrator to manage the SIS/ERP environment, including Ellucian PowerCampus, data reporting, and integrations. You will work closely with IT and institutional offices to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include ERP configuration, data validation, automated workflows with Power Platform, and end-user training, in a small college setting with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in enterprise applications environments and ERP systems.
Strong SQL and database management skills across platforms.
Experience with APIs and data integration for ERP systems.
Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Administer Ellucian PowerCampus and ERP ecosystem.
Configure, test, and support ERP deployments and upgrades.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Design integrations and automations using APIs and Power Platform.
Provide end-user training and document procedures.
