Job summary

MedAire, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and support core business applications including order management, warehouse ops, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, and reporting.

You will partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and improve operational efficiency across ERP, warehouse, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including query development, reporting, views and stored procedures.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and integrated business applications.
• Experience supporting warehouse management, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, or order management systems.
• Experience supporting application integrations, APIs, and data exchange processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing administration, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for assigned business applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues and recurring incidents.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, deployments, and application changes.
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support business analysis, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Serve as technical liaison with vendors and support partners.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
