Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Director, ERP Solutions to lead strategy and delivery of enterprise ERP initiatives across the organization. This remote, U.S.-based role collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve ERP programs that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will direct requirements analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support, while balancing value, risk, governance, and cost.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading ERP solutions or technology transformation functions.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to define technology strategy and investments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, cost-effective tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP solutions strategy, roadmap, and delivery aligned to business objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams through requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Operations, and Services to optimize processes.
• Oversee ERP technology evaluations, vendors, and delivery models for total cost of ownership.
• Build and coach high-performing ERP/technical teams in a remote, distributed environment.
