Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, CS, IT, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience considered equivalent.
• Proven leadership of technical organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading ERP or enterprise platforms, not just implementing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end accountability for the ERP platform's health and functionality.
• Establish and execute the ERP roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
• Ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and capable of supporting evolving business needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
• Lead business-process improvements rather than just automating existing processes.
• Manage the ERP organization, resources, and vendor relationships to deliver on mission objectives.
• Provide insights into platform performance and investment needs to leadership.
