Job summary

Zip is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding for new customers and drive implementation of our procurement platform. You will influence the product roadmap and work hands-on with diverse clients across industries to tailor solutions and ensure fast time-to-value.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, manage multiple onboarding projects, and train customers to use the platform with minimal hand-holding, while keeping a relentless focus on customer success and

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer relationships in a B2B SaaS company.
Experience implementing or administering procurement tools/ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite).
Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding for new customers, tailoring configuration to customer needs.
Own end-to-end implementation—build customers’ processes from scratch.
Lead training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
Proactive project management across multiple onboardings and customers.
Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize customer requests and set expectations.
Do whatever it takes to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding.
Improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value.
