Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking an experienced planner/scheduler to coordinate and expedite materials flow and production schedules across facilities in Alabama. You will organize data, generate priorities for supervisors, and maintain ERP accuracy to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include refining production plans, driving inventory efficiency, and delivering BI reports to managers. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and APICS familiarity are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in planning/scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials according to production schedules.
• Analyze workflow and efficiency metrics to improve facility production performance.
• Serve as SMER for ERP system development, administration, and reporting.
