Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Leeds, AL seeks a Lead Master Scheduler to direct the Production Scheduling team, manage daily order reviews, and coordinate forecasting and planning to meet production goals. You will oversee CPSDs/OP scheduling, drive KPI reporting, and ensure data accuracy in SAP.

The role requires strong SAP/MRP knowledge (MM, WM, planning, and work order scheduling), Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and proven forecasting and capacity planning experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Manufacturing Scheduling/Planning experience.
• Experience leading planners/schedulers - Required.
• Strong SAP/MRP knowledge specifically with T-Codes in MM (Material Master), WM (Warehouse Management), Planning and Work Order Scheduling – Required.
• Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint - Required.
• Proven forecasting and capacity planning expertise.
• Evidence of driving schedule attainment and on-time delivery improvements.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Scheduling team and daily order scheduling.
• Review and adjust CPSDs/SCFDs due to materials or demand changes.
• Host scheduling meetings with internal/external teams and present KPI updates.
• Maintain SAP master data accuracy and system reporting.
• Provide training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
