M&H Valve Company, a world-class manufacturer of water and wastewater materials, is seeking a production coordinator to optimize schedules and ERP processes. You will coordinate materials, monitor inventory, and support managers across departments to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, ERP proficiency, and strong communication to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 5–8 years of related experience.
• MS Office (Excel/Outlook) experience required.
• ERP/MRP software experience preferred.
• APICS certification/knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite work and material flow per production schedule.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of facility inventory levels.
• Serve as SME for ERP system and processes it supports.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and priorities with supervisors/managers.
• Assist in analyzing workflow and efficiency metrics for improvement.
• Provide scheduling, inventory control, and ERP training support.
