Job summary

TheCorporate in Oakland seeks a Senior Project Management Analyst to support the Propel Release 2 PMO, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.

This hybrid role requires ERP or SAP project experience, proactive ownership, and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams and deliverables. You will work with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, and IT in a fast-paced environment aimed at a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP software projects or other large technology delivery programs.
• Knowledge of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
• Experience working in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule planning, budget planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
• Manage program reporting, dashboards, presentations, and program health communications.
• Oversee change control, risk management, onboarding, governance, and executive engagements.
• Champion Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Gather, report, and support risk management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Communicate complex risk scenarios and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
• Show attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
