Job summary

TheCorporate in Oakland seeks a Senior Project Management Analyst to support the Propel Release 2 PMO, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.

This hybrid role requires ERP or SAP project experience, proactive ownership, and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple workstreams and deliverables. You will work with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, and IT in a fast-paced environment aimed at a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifications

TOP THINGS:

• ERP or SAP project experience: Familiarity with project phases, deliverables, and activities. Proven experience supporting different areas on a program. Basic understanding of ERP transformation complexities and cross functional dependencies.
• Proactive Ownership Skills: Anticipates and removes roadblocks to execution to ensure program outcomes are achieved. Demonstrate ownership by taking initiative to translate meeting outcomes into clearly defined and executable actions.

Job Description

"Propel” program is a multi-year major business and IT transformation initiative with the primary objective of moving from SAP’s ECC version to a ‘greenfield, clean-core’ SAP S/4 HANA version for Finance, Human Resources, Environmental Health Safety, Supply Chain, Work & Asset Management. This PMO role will be working collaboratively within the PMO team to support leaders and others across the entire Program to forecast, manage, status, and mitigate issues with cost, schedule, resources, methodology and tools supporting several hundred internal and external resources. The Program is now in its first major deployment release and in the early stages of kicking off its second major deployment.

The Project Manager will join the PropElevate PMO team with a focus on supporting the Propel Release 2 program. This role is critical in working in a dynamic team environment to support the success of our project and overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedule planning, budget planning, vendor management, and resource planning.
