Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA seeks a Senior Manager, PMO to lead Project Catalyst, ADUSA's SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will oversee 8–10 project managers and scrum masters, coordinate IT and business teams, and convert governance decisions into disciplined delivery.

This role carries a $300M–$400M program budget, a hybrid work model with 3 in-person days in the Charlotte area and 2 remote days, and requires extensive ERP transformation and stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Business or related equivalent experience.
• MBA or Master's Degree in Technology and/or Business-related field preferred.
• 8+ years in Management Consulting / IT Portfolio Management or related field.
• 5+ years leading teams and guiding team members in technologies or skills.
• Proven experience overseeing ERP transformation programs and projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and drive execution across all Tech workstreams from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate with System Integrator project managers and functional leads to track deliverables and ensure quality.
• Apply waterfall, agile or hybrid approaches with proper planning and change control.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; maintain RAID log for leadership visibility.
• Develop and manage integrated resource plans and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and scrum masters across workstreams.
