Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Oakland, CA is seeking a Project Management Analyst for a multi-year SAP ERP transformation Propel Release 2. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, risk management, and governance within a PMO team; hybrid onsite Tue/Thu, remote Mon & Fri.

You will work with cross-functional teams, prepare dashboards, reports, and communications for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment.

Role

Client's "Propel" program is a multi-year major business and IT transformation initiative with the primary objective of moving from SAP's ECC version to a greenfield, clean-core SAP S/4 HANA version for Finance, Human Resources, Environmental Health Safety, Supply Chain, Work & Asset Management. This PMO role will be working collaboratively within the PMO team to support leaders and others across the entire Program to forecast, manage, status, and mitigate issues with cost, schedule, resources, methodology and tools supporting several hundred internal and external resources. The Program is now in its first major deployment release and in the early stages of kicking off its second major deployment. The Project Manager will join the PropElevate PMO team with a focus on supporting the Propel Release 2 program. This role is critical in working in a dynamic team environment to support the success of our project and our client's overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management.
