Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects.
• Experience as Project Manager on full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and modern project delivery methods.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-minded consulting mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented with multitasking ability.
• PM/PRINCE2/SAP PM certifications valued.
• Experience in SAP projects for Energy & Utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to cross-functional teams delivering SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Own delivery milestones and program commitments, on time.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day execution, remove blockers, drive progress.
• Identify, track, prioritize, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Set priorities and coordinate activities across teams for timely tasks.
• Maintain a robust, up-to-date project plan.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, SAP teams, and partners.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Promote effective use of PM tools and delivery practices.
